Inviting all Deer Farmers along to Tullynessle Farm on the 30^th May for a 10:30am start.

At Tullynessle, Willie and Janet Keith have gone through the process of becoming Food Standards Scotland approved for on-farm slaughter and have set their sights on marketing their own venison locally.

Willie and Janet will share their experience of going through this process and how they have started direct selling their meat.

There will be a representative from Food Standards Scotland attending this meeting to answer any questions on the day.
